  1. Prep- Slice mozzarella bar about 1.5 cm wide slices along the width of the bar. Mix Italian Bread Crumbs and Flour on a plate. Whisk eggs together in a seprate bowl add milk if it is too thick.
  2. Oil- Heat all the canola oil in a medium sized frying pan.
  3. Coating- Dip the mozzarella slice in the egg and then the bread crumbs, repeating until you can no longer see the cheese. Once coated place directly into the heated oil.
  4. Frying- Use tongs to turn the mozzarella sticks. Once all sides are golden brown, promptly move them onto a plate with paper towel before the cheese starts oozing out. Serve with marinara if desired.
