  • boil potatoes and mash with fork.
  • Combine the oats, salt, and butter until you get a dough like consistency.
  • Roll dough to 1 inch thickness and cut with biscuit cutter.
  • Melt more butter in the pan and fry until golden brown.
  • (Real butter works best).

I live in the beautiful state of South Carolina and have lived here all of my life.I am a police officer and I work in a mid-sized city which comes along with big city stress, so to relieve this stress I took up gardening.
