- Cut pork into matchstick-sized shreds.
- Heat 2 tbs oil and scramble eggs, then remove eggs from pan.
- Stir fry onions and pork.
- Add soy sauce and wine, and stir.
- When simmering, add eggs and salt.
- Serve hot over rice.
