  • Cut pork into matchstick-sized shreds.
  • Heat 2 tbs oil and scramble eggs, then remove eggs from pan.
  • Stir fry onions and pork.
  • Add soy sauce and wine, and stir.
  • When simmering, add eggs and salt.
  • Serve hot over rice.
