  • pre-heat oven 375, grease 8 cups of muffin tin.
  • saute ground beef with Italian seasoning, add mushrooms.
  • push wonton wrapper into bottom of each tin.
  • Spoon in half of : ricotta, meat mixture, sauce, mozz and parmesan.
  • press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering steps.
  • bake 18-20 mins.
  • cool 5 mins.
