- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 5 ounces mushrooms, chopped
- 16 wonton wrappers
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 1⁄2 parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pasta sauce
- 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
directions
- pre-heat oven 375, grease 8 cups of muffin tin.
- saute ground beef with Italian seasoning, add mushrooms.
- push wonton wrapper into bottom of each tin.
- Spoon in half of : ricotta, meat mixture, sauce, mozz and parmesan.
- press another wonton wrapper on top and repeat the layering steps.
- bake 18-20 mins.
- cool 5 mins.
