ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup instant espresso powder
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 2 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1⁄2 cups low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150 g melted butter
- 100 g little pieces white chocolate
- 30 g di more butter
- 3 tablespoons unbleached cane sugar
directions
- Melt coffee with boiling water and let cool down. Bet eggs with sugar and then add all other ingredients, pay attetion to add sift yeast and finally the coffee. Put in the oven 200° C for 25-30 minute.
