  1. Combine 1 3/4 cups of Flour, 1 1/2 tablespoon of Baking Powder, 1/2 tablespoon of Salt, 1/2 tablespoon of Nutmeg and 1/4 tablespoon of Cinnamon in one bowl.
  2. In an other bowl add 1/3 cups of Oil, 3/4 cups of White Sugar, 1 Egg and 3/4 cups of Milk.
  3. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir.
  4. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes.
  5. When the muffins are still hot dip the top in melted butter and then in sugar mixed with cinnamon.
