Ingredients Nutrition

  • 236.59 ml water
  • 14.79 ml honey
  • 4.92 ml salt
  • 29.58 ml lard
  • 709.77 ml flour (I use 1 cup wheat to 2 cups white)
  • 9.85 ml yeast

Directions

  1. Proof the yeast with the honey with 1/3 water then mix rest of ingredient's.
  2. Knead for 5 minutes. Let rise till doubled.
  3. Knead for 5 more minutes and let let rise again.
  4. Form in round on pizza stone and bake on pizza stone at 375° for 30 minutes, till brown.
