ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄3 cup liquid shortening or 1/3 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup dried mulberries
- nuts, if desired
directions
- Beat Eggs milk and liquid shortening. In a Medium sized bowl combined all dry ingredients. Come Egg mixture with dry ingredients. Add nuts if desired.
- Bake at 425 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
