  1. Peel and chop onion.
  2. Chop Pepper.
  3. Chop Mushrooms.
  4. Crush garlic.
  5. Shallow fry mince slowly in oil until brown.
  6. Add mince, onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic to pot.
  7. Squeeze in half a tube of tomato puree.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes, be sure to drain them if they have a lot of juice.
  9. Stir in a teaspoon to a teaspoon and a half of mixed herbs.
  10. Bring to the boil and simmer for 1.5 hours.
  11. 10 minutes before serving boil the pasta.
  12. Serve hot with optional Garlic bread.
  13. Can be frozen immediately after cooling.
  14. Enjoy!
