  1. In a medium skillet over high heat, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and green onions; cook 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken broth; cook 5 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed.
  4. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
  5. In a mixing bowl with and electric mixer, beat all of the remaining ingredients together with the mushrooms.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
