  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Sauté mushrooms and green onions until soft and slightly browned.
  3. Place in unbaked pie shell.
  4. Combine melted butter and crumbs and set aside.
  5. Mix all the rest of the ingredients and pour into pie shell.
  6. Top with crumb mixture.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
