ingredients
- 4 pork loin or 4 pork chops
- 1 (12 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 mushroom, sliced
- 1⁄2 red onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
directions
- In a small sauce pot, mix soup, milk, salt and pepper together on low heat. Keep on low heat while cooking pork.
- Place a sauté pan on high heat and drizzle with olive oil or spray.
- Place pork into the pan and add Worcestershire sauce, mushroom, and red onion.
- Flip pork over. It will be done when slightly browned on both sides. If needed, you can add more oil or Worcestershire sauce to keep the pork moist.
- Add cooked mushroom and onion to the soup/sauce mixture and stir.
- Season to taste.
- Place pork on the plate and top with sauce.
