  1. melt butter in saucepan over medium heat,cook mushrooms,garlic and onion until mushrooms are cooked and butter evaporated.
  2. Add broth & rice,season with parsley(chopped), salt & pepper.
  3. Cover and cook on low light about 15 mins till rice is cooked.
  4. If using as main dish add cut-up cooked chicken after rice is cooked.
