  • In serving bowl toss the mushrooms with the lemon juice until slices are slightly moistened.
  • Add green onions oil and salt and toss again.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Serve on bed of lettuce.

  1. Made it just the way the recipe calls for and it is terrific. Let it rest for a while in the refrigerator for the flavors to meld.
     
  2. A good side dish to BBQ'd steak & baked potatoes! I scaled the recipe in half, used sea salt and, as Cliff suggested, made it early in the day. Thanx Fluffy!
