  1. Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms. Cook stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until browned,.
  3. Add shallot, cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add dried tomatoes, thyme, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  5. Add wine or chicken broth. Cook and stir, scraping up brown bits from pan.
  6. Add cream. Bring to boiling.
  7. Simmer, uncovered 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
