  • Brown chopped onions in butter. Add sliced mushrooms.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Blend in flour, then gradually add chicken stock and milk. Heat to boiling until mixture thickens.
  • All salt, pepper and lemon juice. Simmer 10 minutes.
