  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
  • 125 ml creme fraiche
  • salt and black pepper

directions

  • Heat oil and fry onion until soft and starting to brown.
  • Add mushrooms and fry for a few minutes until soft and starting to brown.
  • Stir in mustard and creme fraiche and heat through.
  • Season and serve.
