Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon coarse grain mustard
  • 125 ml creme fraiche
  • salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat oil and fry onion until soft and starting to brown.
  2. Add mushrooms and fry for a few minutes until soft and starting to brown.
  3. Stir in mustard and creme fraiche and heat through.
  4. Season and serve.
