  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the dried (reconstituted) and fresh mushrooms, onions, pepper, garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and thyme.
  • Cut the beef in half, to make it have of the thickness spread it open like a book.
  • spread the beef mixture evenly on beef.
  • Starting from the short end roll up like a jelly roll and tie with kitchen string.
  • In a nonstick pan heat the oil and cook the roll until brown.
  • transfer to a baking dish, add the wine and place in the oven.
  • Bake covered at 325 until cooked through about 1 hour.
