- 2 cups oats
- 3⁄4 cup oat bran
- 3⁄4 cup sliced almonds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a plastic container or resealable bag. Mix.
- Combine 1/3 cup of the mixture with equal amount of milk or water.
- Refridgerate overnight.
- In the morning, combine with yogurt and eat cold or microwave for a hot breakfast.
- Can store the rest of the mix in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
