  2. Place chicken breasts in oven-proof bowl or casserole dish.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour lemon juice over chicken, then sprinkle chicken with tarragon and crushed mustard seed.
  5. Bake 20-30 minutes until cooked throughout.
