I was going through the freezer and found some pork chops that looked a bit freezer burned. I looked for a marinade with spicy brown mustard because it helps hide the freezer burned taste in meat. I made this recipe for supper tonight, It was easy and fast. I was pleasantly surprised by the well balanced flavor and that the chops stayed more moist than usual. Absolutely no freezer burned taste was detectable.
