Directions

  1. Slice onions.
  2. Peel and slice cucumbers.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and let stand overnight.
  4. Drain.
  5. Place in a pot and cover with a little water.
  6. Bring to a boil and drain.
  7. Mix flour with some vinegar to make a paste. Add rest of ingredients.
  8. Combine with cucumbers and onions.
  9. Bring to a boil.
  10. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.
