Directions

  1. Saute onion in butter in a skillet. Add mustard, salt, pepper, milk, and cheese.
  2. Place potatoes in a slow cooker.
  3. DO NOT press down.
  4. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  6. Toss potatoes with a large spoon when ready to serve.
