Planned to have company for a St. Patrick's Day dinner and served corn beef with this wonderful and tangy sauce. I followed the recipe as written. It was easy and so good and complimented the corn beef so well that I will definitely be making it again. I got great compliments on the dinner. Yea me! Hint- you need to stir for the full 5 min for the consistency and flavors to come together.
