  1. This was my first time doing a fudge. Great result. It was not grainy at all. I had to put it 3 minutes in microwave to have all the butter melted (cause my butter was very cold from the fridge). And then I stirred it until all melted. Next time I may try to add a little bit more peanut butter to have more peanut butter taste. I had to give the recipe to my aunt :) Thanks Lori :) Made for 123 hit wonders

  2. I was looking for a pb fudge recipe that was easy, but didn't have a ton of calories. Add to that, my husband, whom I dearly love, he's SO PICKY. What a wonderful recipe you posted Laravenscroft. I tried it before he got home from work and when he tried he KEPT eating till he made himself stop. Thanks so much. Will definitely make this again!

  3. Since we do love PB around here, I not only used the extra crunchy kind but also increased the amount, using a rounded 2/3 cup of the stuff, which made for a very, very nice tasting fudge! When setting the cut pieces out to serve, I also added a couple of chocolate chips on top of about half of them & this chocoholic was able to get a nice fix that way! Will be making this again over the up-coming holidays! [Made & reviewed in 1-2-3 Hits tag]

  4. Lori - this is a very sweet and soft fudge. It comes together very easily which is nice in that I did not have to watch it continuosly. I used a 8 cup glass measure to make this in and it was perfect! I may add a bit more PB next time or try crunchy to give it more texture. My DD loved it as she is a PB freak for sure! :) Tagged in 123 Hits.

  5. My family enjoyed this fudge- so much so that I didn't get a chance to take a photo. Super easy to make and uses regular ingredients that I always have in my pantry. A super quick sweet to make for when you dont have time to cook for the next day. I'm constantly told to cook something at the last moment and this is a perfect recipe for those times. Thankyou for another great recipe
