Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 215 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sift dry ingredients.
  3. Add most of the cheese.
  4. Mix to a light dough with the milk.
  5. Do not mix it too much!
  6. Turn out onto a floured board and gently knead.
  7. Roll out and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  8. Cut into individual scones.
  9. Place on oven tray covered with baking paper.
  10. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 215°C.
