  • Preheat oven to 215 degrees Celsius.
  • Sift dry ingredients.
  • Add most of the cheese.
  • Mix to a light dough with the milk.
  • Do not mix it too much!
  • Turn out onto a floured board and gently knead.
  • Roll out and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  • Cut into individual scones.
  • Place on oven tray covered with baking paper.
  • Bake for 12 - 15 minutes at 215°C.
