  • 1 teaspoon finley chopped garlic (or 1/2tsp powder)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional)
  • 14 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions

  1. spray skillet with a light coating of non-stick spray.combine all ingredients in a bowl. shape patties. heat skillet to medium heat. place burgers on skillet and cook till desired doneness.
