“Vegan, but delicious! This is more than a snack, this is a full meal in a glass. It is an ORIGINAL RECIPE I created because I wanted more protein for the calories and it had to be Vegetarian. I am sharing it because I am thankful for all the wonderful recipes others have made available to me. Because of dietary special needs I use the program MasterCook 9 to calculate the nutritional value of my recipes. Calculating ALL ingredients as listed, this recipe yields 445 calories; 9g fat, 21g protein, 78g carbohydrate, 7g dietary fiber, 0g cholesterol and 200mg sodium.”
