  • 150 g flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 12 teaspoon yeast
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Place the flour, salt and sugar into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast.
  2. Mix to a soft dough with the oil and water.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10 minutes and then use as directed in the recipe.
