SPICE MILL INGREDIENTS
- 19.71 ml dried oregano
- 14.79 ml dried sweet basil leaves
- 7.39 ml anise seed
- 7.39 ml dried rosemary
- 4.92 ml ground allspice
- 4.92 ml dried dill weed
- 4.92 ml dried parsley
- 3.69 ml dried mint
- 3.69 ml dried thyme
- 1.23 ml ground cumin
- 1.23 ml dried orange peel
- 2 crushed dried bay leaves or 1.23 ml bay leaf powder
- 4.92 ml cornstarch

SHAKE-IN INGREDIENTS
- 29.58 ml fine garlic salt
- 22.18 ml fresh ground black pepper
- 14.79 ml vegetable bouillon granules
- 9.85 ml lemon pepper
- 7.39 ml onion salt
- 7.39 ml white pepper
- 4.92 ml cornstarch
- 4.92 ml fine sugar

- NOTE: PLEASE PREPARE THIS RECIPE EXACTLY AS WRITTEN, WITH NO SUBSTITUTIONS OR OMISSIONS. GARLIC SALT AND/OR ONION SALT MAY BE SUBSTITUTED BY USING 50% GARLIC POWDER OR ONION POWDER WITH 50% FINE SEA SALT. IF YOU MUST SUBSTITUTE THE VEGETABLE BOUILLON POWDER, USE CHICKEN BOUILLON POWDER. MEASURE all of the SPICE MILL INGREDIENTS into a clean spice mill or coffee grinder.
- MILL mixture for 10 seconds.
- STOP then shake spice mill.
- REPEAT milling and shaking procedures until mixture is finely ground.
- TRANSFER mixture to a resealable container.
- ADD the SHAKE-IN INGREDIENTS.
- SEAL the container.
- SHAKE until thoroughly blended.
- STORE tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from light.
- ENJOY measure-for-measure an all-purpose seasoning for your favorite savory Greek recipes.
