  2. Spread pine nuts in an iron skillet. Heat until toasted.
  3. Add ham. Sauté until crisp.
  4. Add cabbage. Cover. Cook 8 minutes.
  5. Add spinach. Sauté until just wilted.
  6. Toss in vinaigrette.
  7. Serve warm.
