My Cheddar Bay Biscuits

  • The day before make your garlic powder by slicing garlic into thin slices and putting in a 150 degree oven for about 4 hours or until slices are dried out. Grind in blender until it makes a powder.
  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • In a bowl combine Bisquick Mix and water. Mix until just blended. Do not over work dough.
  • Add cheese.
  • Drop dough onto cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
  • While biscuits are in the oven make your butter. Melt butter. Add garlic powder and salt.
  • When biscuits come out of oven brush with butter mixture.
  • Enjoy!
