My Cheddar Bay Biscuits

- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) package of bisquick complete buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1 ounce shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon home made garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
directions
- The day before make your garlic powder by slicing garlic into thin slices and putting in a 150 degree oven for about 4 hours or until slices are dried out. Grind in blender until it makes a powder.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- In a bowl combine Bisquick Mix and water. Mix until just blended. Do not over work dough.
- Add cheese.
- Drop dough onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.
- While biscuits are in the oven make your butter. Melt butter. Add garlic powder and salt.
- When biscuits come out of oven brush with butter mixture.
- Enjoy!
