  1. These were good and easy to make. I had two pounds of burger pulled so I just used the whole two pounds. These still had a lot of flavor even though I didn't change any other amounts. I did use onion powder instead of onion but that was the only thing I changed.Two pounds made seven big burgers for us. I liked them even better warmed up the next day.
     
  2. I used lean ground beef, italian breadcrumbs, and I omitted the salt and pepper. I used thick slices of cheddar cheese and DH put it on the bbq and it didn't melt enough. But it was still great. The taste of the burgers were so good. Perfect seasonings. I added hot peppers in my burger and a burger sauce I made. Thanks DarksLight :) Made for PAC Spring 2012
