- 1 (12 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 4 green onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup half-and-half or 1/4 cup cream
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- salt
- pepper
- celery salt
directions
- Combine slaw mix and sliced (or chopped) green onions in a large bowl.
- Combine mayo, half and half, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Add salt, pepper and celery salt to taste.
- Mix dressing with slaw and chill.
