Directions

  1. Place the 6 pieces of bread at the bottom of you casserole dish
  2. Then place the one pound of sausage (already cooked, drained and crumbled) on top of the slices of bread.
  3. Wisk the eggs, milk and dried mustard together and then pour over sausage.
  4. Top with cheese and bake at 325 until set, approx 30 minutes.
