- 3⁄4 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄4 cups flour
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg, water and vanilla and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients: flour, oats, baking soda, raisins and pecans.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
