"This is similar to the shrimp salad served at Coleman's restaurant in Calabash,NC. It's a family tradition when we go to the beach to head to Calabash for dinner and this is a must have!"

ingredients
- 1 lb boiled shrimp
- 1⁄2 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup light mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup light ranch salad dressing
directions
- Boil Shrimp.
- Combine all ingredients and allow to chill 4 hours or overnight.
