Directions

  1. Cook the beans according to their instructions. Drain and rinse.
  2. Add beans, all spices, onion and garlic to 5 1/4 cups chicken broth.
  3. Cover and simmer for an hour.
  4. Stir in green chilies, jalepenos, diced chicken and the 1 3/4 cups chicken broth.
  5. Cover and simmer another hour.
