“This was the first white chocolate chip cookies I had ever made and its my favorite. But, when I made it years ago (haven't made it since, will very soon) I didn't put in the oats or the grated chocolate. Other white chocolate chip cookies i made were to cakey, puffy, not sweet, and just plain wrong. Everybody has different tastes though so...(UPDATE, I tried the recipe exactly, but without the oats and they were paper thin so I added maybe more than a 1/2c flour and it worked just fine)”
