My Favourite Sauce

"I couldn't think of a name for this. But I love this combination of ingredients. I use it to dip fries and chicken nuggets or put it over fried rice before eating. You can even use it to coat your chicken wings! Use your favourite hot sauce and feel free to add more if it isn't hot enough for your taste."

 1. I wanted to love this but I found the hot sauce to be so strong even with the two other ingredients. I am not putting stars because I am sure it could be just me. My lips are still burning. I do eat my tacos mild & stay away from jalapenos so it may have just been too much for just me. Thanks for posting Roxanne J.R. I think I will try again making it with less hot sauce. Enjoy! 2. Don't let my photo fool you. It may look like a dish of ketchup, but trust me...ketchup it's not! I feel the hot sauce and ketchup blend together well thanks to the 2 tablespoons of honey. There isn't an overpowering taste of the hot sauce or the ketchup. Follow Roxanne's invitation to feel free to adjust to your own taste. The five stars are based on using basic ingredients that most folks have on hand, obvious ease in making, and versatility of use!! Made for Spring, 2010 PAC. Thanks, Roxanne. DH had two helpings of fries just so he could "dip."

I'm 23 years old and I live in Trinidad. One of the islands in the Caribbean. I love baking and have a major sweet tooth but I am trying to cook more savoury foods and I am enjoying trying new recipes. Recently I have come to love photographing the food I make. Too bad they don't all come out photo worthy, but at least they still taste good! lol
