Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients but the last 3 in a bowl.
  2. Mix in the ground meat.
  3. Form meatballs about 1 teaspoon in size.
  4. Add the olive oil to a cold skillet.
  5. Add crushed clove of garlic to olive oil and heat skillet.
  6. Add meatballs to hot skillet and cook until no longer pink.
