- 2⁄3 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon brandy
- 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
directions
- In a clean stainless bowl, combine cream, vanilla, and alcohols. Beat for 1 minute with electric mixer on “whip.”.
- Add sugar gradually, continuing to beat after each addition.
- Add sour cream, and beat until desired consistency (either “soft peaks” or “firm peaks” depending on your preference).
- Use immediately, or chill if you aren’t using right away.
