  1. This recipe made way too uch acaroni, also you should not make the macaroni first, rather, wait until you get the meat mixture going. It also definately needs spices. There was very little flavor and I ended up adding a lot of salt as well as Italian seasoning but it still needed more.

  2. This recipe was flavorless.

  3. I rating this b/c I really thought this wasn't a real dish - O thought it was some bizarre concoction my mom used to make when she didn't feel like making spaghetti sauce! My mom still makes this all the time (weekly for her daycare!) - My daughter just loves to have this at grammie's house, personally I never liked it - and don't see the point - just open a jar of sauce!! :) Anyway - I think the only difference is my mom adds a can of tomato sauce or tomato soup or paste - depending on what she has on hand. Thanks for posting, so now I can say my mom isn't nuts!! (well at least when it comes to this dish!)

  4. Very simple and easy, great stove top meal for hot weather. It seemed a little dry so I added a can of tomatoe sauce flavored with onions & garlic, served it with chessy garlic bread and a salad. Wonderful, my son the cheese lover added parmasean cheese on the top.
