My Mother's Simple Fruit Salad

"I just lost my mom a few weeks ago. I have been thinking about all the things that made her special to us. This fruit salad is one of them. I remember her making this for us and while it is simple to make, it is delicious."

  1. Made this recipe as given, with one exception ~ I toasted the pecans, which I thought added a nice touch to an already VERY NICE TASTING SALAD! Thanks for sharing the recipe with us! [Tagged, made & reviewed for one of my adoptees in the current Pick A Chef]

  2. My family makes this fruit salad for our thanksgiving dinner. We also add a small can of crushed pineapple which has been drained. On thanksgiving morning my sister and I knew that it was our job to halve and seed the grapes for this.

  3. This is very good, so sorry about your Mom, I know you miss her.
