Directions

  1. Grill the sausages.
  2. Slice and set aside.
  3. In a pot melt some butter and fry sliced onions.
  4. Once cooked, add first measure of water.
  5. Season to taste.
  6. Mix together the remaining ingredients and add to the pot to thicken.
  7. Add the sausages to heat through.
  8. Serve with creamy mashed potato and seasonal vegetables.
