18 Muffins
ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 473.18 ml sour cream
- 473.18 ml sugar
- 118.29 ml marmalade
- 36.97 ml butter
- 7.39 ml baking powder
- 14.79 ml vanilla
- 473.18 ml flour
directions
- Blend first 7 ingredients together well.
- Add the 2 cups flour slowly to mix and stir well.
- Prepare muffin tins using Pam or muffin liners.
- Oven 350°F.
- 20 - 25 minutes.
- Makes about 18 muffins.

These turned out simply amazing, I only used 2 teaspoons of vanilla and baked them in jumbo muffin tins, so moist and delicious! these were made for Kittencalskitchen Nuttin' But Muffin Tag game event, thanks French Bunny! -
Great muffins i used coconut oil instead if butter and cream and orange juice instead of sour cream ... delicious!
