My Passover Rolls

"All Passover rolls use the same basic ingredients in varying but similar combinations. I find that beating the eggs in 1 at a time is very time consuming and fatiguing. It works fine if you beat the eggs 1st then add them."

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 3 muffin tins.
  • Boil water, oil, sugar, and salt.
  • Add matzah meal. Stir to combine until dough starts to form a ball. Let cool a few minutes.
  • Add beaten eggs stirring continually until smooth and combined.
  • Drop by heaping tablespoon fulls into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake approximately 30 minutes.
