  1. Yummy! I still have cherry tomatoes on my plant so I decided to use those instead of the beefsteak tomatoes. I just cut them in half and proceeded from there. I used a fat free italian dressing I had in the fridge that we didn't particularly like on salads and an organic worcestershire sauce. I did let it marinate the full 3 days and served it on top of some juicy grilled hamburgers. Even though I didn't like the fat free italian dressing on a salad, combined with the other ingredients made for a lovely and refreshing salad on our burgers. Really delicious and zesty! My BF asked if I came up with this one ( since he loves tomatoes) and I had to shake my head sadly... LOL... but thanks for making me look so good! Thanks for posting!!!

  2. I switched this around so much I'm not even sure that I should be giving a rating. I used 3 tomatoes,Ms. Dash because I had no parsley, fat free Italian dressing and I skipped the Worcestershire sauce. I also added 1/4 of a sweet onion. It was delicious! Next time I'll do it right...promise!

  3. Very nice salad! I let it sit about 6 hours and it was bursting with flavor, also added a few red onion rings for texture. This is great for those summer tomatoes!
