Yummy! I still have cherry tomatoes on my plant so I decided to use those instead of the beefsteak tomatoes. I just cut them in half and proceeded from there. I used a fat free italian dressing I had in the fridge that we didn't particularly like on salads and an organic worcestershire sauce. I did let it marinate the full 3 days and served it on top of some juicy grilled hamburgers. Even though I didn't like the fat free italian dressing on a salad, combined with the other ingredients made for a lovely and refreshing salad on our burgers. Really delicious and zesty! My BF asked if I came up with this one ( since he loves tomatoes) and I had to shake my head sadly... LOL... but thanks for making me look so good! Thanks for posting!!!
