ingredients
- 2 1⁄4 cups mayonnaise (I use Best Foods)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 1 3⁄4 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 teaspoons sugar
- 1 dash salt
directions
- In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
- Store in a glass jar with lid.
- Chill for a hour or overnight before serving.
- Keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
- NOTE: If you want it to be alittle more of a hotter taste, add alittle more Tabasco sauce and another dash of white pepper.

My fiancé and I loved this stuff. It was very close to the sauce we get at the Japanese hibachi restaurant. I made it the night before which allowed all of the flavor to get absorbed into the sauce. Although we used it on Shrimp this would be great for crab cakes, chicken, rice etc. This is a keeper!!!!
