Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables or 1 (16 ounce) bag green beans, thawed
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag tater tots

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain well and put in 9x13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Spread thawed mixed vegetables over burger.
  4. Mix together the cheddar cheese and golden mushroom soups. Do not dilute. Spread over ingredients in pan.
  5. Arrange tator tots on top of casserole and bake uncovered at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until tator tots are browned and casserole is bubbly.
